There are software applications required to successfully navigate and use the LearningPoint system. These applications are:

LearningPoint Client

The LearningPoint Client is a small, free program which will allow you to access, and run the LearningPoint My.Desktop.

Downloading and Installation

For users who plan to access and run applications on LearningPoint, download and install the LearningPoint Client.

Download and Installation Tips:

You will be prompted to run or save a file to your computer. Run it. After completing the installation screens you will be ready to login and access the applications available to you through the LearningPoint system.

If you have a problem installing the LearningPoint client, it may be because you do not have security permissions to install a new program on your computer. Many organisations have rules about installing new programs. If you have a problem, contact your system administrator.

To use LearningPoint, your computer must meet the following system requirements:

  • Windows 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP
  • 500 MHz processor
  • 128 MB of RAM
  • 40 MB disk space
  • Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher
